Our main office is located in downtown Rochester, New Hampshire but we maintain development offices in many states. Many of
our clients reside outside of our local boundaries so we have grown accustomed to working very easily via phone, email, and
through our proprietary web approval systems.
With cost always a concern, Diversified is less expensive than most development firms. Because of our knowledge, speed, and
experience, even our largest applications usually cost less than $12,000. Most of our work is done between $3,000 and $6,000.
Because we have written literally hundreds of applications since our inception in 1992, we are extremely proficient in
anticipating a client's needs and estimating the work accordingly. In fact, assuming that the scope of work remains close to
the scope at the projects inception, we guarantee our quotations to be 100% accurate.
